Responsible Gaming | Set Limits & Play with Self-Control

This page outlines the tools and resources available to help you stay in control of your gaming habits.

If you’re here because something feels off, that’s already a good sign. Read through, use the tools, and reach out if you need support.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

CC6 operates under a licensed framework that requires active responsible gaming measures — not just a policy page. Real tools are built into the platform, and real people are available to help.

The goal is simple: keep gaming fun. The moment it stops being fun, something needs to change.

Warning Signs to Watch For

Problem gambling doesn’t always look obvious. These are the early signals.

Chasing losses — betting more to recover what you’ve lost
Spending more than you planned, regularly
Hiding your gaming activity from family or friends
Using gambling as a way to escape stress or problems
Borrowing money or selling things to fund gambling
Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not playing
Recognizing even one of these patterns is enough reason to pause and use the account controls below.

🛠️ Self-Exclusion and Account Controls

Tools that put you in control — not the platform.

Taking Back Control of Your Account

CC6 gives every registered player the ability to restrict or suspend their own account — no questions asked, no waiting period. These controls exist because sometimes the right move is to step away, and the platform makes that as easy as possible.

Self-exclusion is the most direct option. You request it through live chat support, and your account is suspended immediately. During the exclusion period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Any active bonuses are forfeited. Your real-money balance is held securely and returned to you once the exclusion period ends — or upon permanent closure if that’s what you choose.

You can choose a temporary exclusion — 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months — or a permanent exclusion with no option to reopen. If you request permanent self-exclusion, CC6 will not accept any requests to reverse it. That’s intentional.

Beyond self-exclusion, the account controls panel lets you set a session time limit — a hard stop that logs you out after a defined number of hours, regardless of what you’re doing. You can also enable reality check reminders, which pop up at set intervals to show you how long you’ve been playing and how much you’ve wagered in that session. It’s a small nudge, but it works.

If you’re not ready for a full exclusion but want to slow down, the cool-off period is a lighter option. It temporarily disables deposits for 24 hours to 7 days — your account stays active, but you can’t add funds. Use it when you feel like you’re playing more than you should but aren’t ready to stop entirely.

To activate self-exclusion or a cool-off period, contact CC6 support via live chat at cc66.ph. The team processes these requests immediately — 24 hours a day.

💰 Deposit and Loss Limits

Set a ceiling before you start — not after.

How Limits Work at CC6

Deposit and loss limits are the most practical responsible gaming tools available. Setting them takes two minutes. Not setting them is how small sessions turn into big problems.

A deposit limit caps how much you can add to your wallet within a given timeframe. You choose the amount and the period: daily, weekly, or monthly. Once you hit the cap, the system blocks any further deposits until the period resets — no override, no exceptions. If you want to increase a deposit limit, there’s a mandatory 7-day cooling period before the change takes effect. Decreases, on the other hand, apply immediately.

A loss limit works differently. Instead of capping what you put in, it caps what you can lose. When your net losses within the set period reach the limit you defined, your account automatically restricts further betting until the period resets. This is particularly useful if you tend to keep playing after a losing streak — the system stops you before it gets worse.

Both limits are set from your account dashboard under Responsible Gaming Settings. You don’t need to contact support to set them — it’s self-serve. The recommended approach is to set both: a deposit limit as a budget cap, and a loss limit as a safety net. Think of it as playing with a defined bankroll — you decide the number before emotions get involved.

If you’re unsure what limits to set, a simple starting point: only deposit what you’re comfortable losing entirely. Set your deposit limit to that amount per week. Set your loss limit slightly below it. Adjust over time based on your actual habits — not your best-case assumptions.

Increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period. This delay is deliberate — it gives you time to reconsider before a higher limit takes effect.

Underage Protection

Minimum Age: 21

CC6 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is required during the KYC process — no exceptions.

If you share a device with minors, use your device’s parental control features or enable a screen lock on the CC6 app to prevent access.
